Here we are near the end of November heading for December that will be one year since we moved, wow! where did that go? we have been lucky with weather up to now it's not been too bad apart from one or two colder breezy days I have even managed to get out on the bike a fair bit and smash the 5000 mile mark while going back and forth to watch the MotoGP at Valencia. We have also had some amazing sunsets and sunrises I just love the colour.
This month has also been a hard month for Lorni in that after nearly a year and countless journeys back to the UK to try and get something done about her knee and trying to save her job she was sacked!!! The appeal has already been lodged, what is even more frustrating is that she was sacked for not being able to work two weeks after completing all the paperwork to fly to Lithuania to have a knee replacement as the NHS are quoting around 4 year waiting list in our area. So next week Lorni is being very brave and flying out to spend two weeks In Lithuania for the op and subsequent rehab in their own centre which looks more like a 5 star hotel.
So for Christmas I have got Lorni an exercise bike LOL no we both need the exercise and yes it will help Lorni with her rehab when she gets home, I need to shed a lot of weight I am just over 18 stone again no wonder my Blood Pressure is so high, I am now taking CBD oil and Moringa seeds which are supposed to be a miracle food we will see later on so with that and the exercise and the diet Lorni has put me in my aim is too lose 2 stone in 2 months??? So now looking forward to Christmas with Lorni and Chris this time with electricity and water I have even got the old Christmas tree down from the spare room, and with a bit of luck a wife with no walking stick!!! On a more pleasant note my Daughter Katie has started her training to be a nurse and has her first placement I am so proud of her going back to school and doing so well. The difference in the way she looks after the massive weight loss is just incredible.
My brilliant daughter KT on the right
I don't know how many gorgeous days we are going to get before the Winter really hits the Costa Blanca but till it does I will keep going out on the bike and enjoying every minute of sunshine..
That's it for this month a lighter far fitter Russ will probably not be updating this blog till after Christmas we will see, I have a bedroom to decorate and wife to look after when she gets back so it will be just me walking the dogs for a wee while, at least that help with the fitness regime..I hope!
